According to reports, the 50-megawatt wind power project in Laozhanghe, Julu County, with a total investment of 427 million yuan, was established in March 2019 by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hebei Jiantou New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Hebei State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hebei Province-Julu Construction Investment Wind Energy Co., Ltd. invests in construction. The project is located in Dicun Township, Julu County. A total of 20 wind turbines with a capacity of 2.5MW are installed. A 110kV booster station is built with a wind farm area of ​​approximately 113 square kilometers. The project is connected to the 220kV substation in Jiazhuang, Julu County.
The Lao Zhanghe 50 MW wind power project is a new energy power generation project. It uses low wind speed fans and uses wind turbines to convert wind energy into electrical energy. At present, 14 units have been hoisted and 5 units have been connected to the grid.
